Workforce

• Our workforce is 100% unionized.
• The fabrication shop is manned by Local 157 Plumbers and Steamfitters Terre Haute, Indiana.
• Our field crews are manned by international unions whenever possible and by local unions otherwise.
• Key personnel are retained as full-time employees. All project managers, superintendents and foremen undergo Operator Qualification training. They are certified by Veriforce and NCCER.

Outsourcing

When a project falls outside of our realm of expertise or our present capacity, we will subcontract that portion of a project. Examples would include:
• Civil portions of large projects (compressor station foundations)
• Large structural projects (compressor station buildings)
• All electrical work
• Non-destructive testing
