General Overview

• BigInch has extensive experience in the shop fabrication of pig launchers/receivers, mainline valve settings, slug catchers, meter stations, pumping stations and compressor stations.
• Our pipe fabrication shop can handle up to and including 48” diameter piping with wall thickness to 1.5”.
• Our present shop output is 250,000 to 350,000 weld inches per year. Our actual single shift yearly capacity is nearly 500,000 inches.
• We frequently work with high yield materials to X-70 grade/CSA 483.3.
• We also fabricate stainless steel piping for lube oil and fuel gas systems.
• We fabricate for ourselves and all other pipeline contractors.
• Our field crews are capable of large projects such as compressor stations or pumping stations.
• We have equipment and manpower to concurrently manage four large projects.
• While our primary services are fabrication and construction, we also provide “on call” service work and are available 24 hours a day for emergency services. We can mobilize a field crew in as little as four hours.
• We can also provide D.O.T. required maintenance for mainline valve assemblies.
